Hello Dear One,
Thank you so very much for your interest in my workshop, unfortunately I need to cancel. An unforeseen bump in the road of life came along and navigating that has taken up the time I needed to finalize preparations for our workshop. It's now too late in the season to reschedule this year, but I will happily be bringing this offering back next persimmon season!
Until the Hachiyas glow orange in the trees again,
Warmly,
Cory

Class will be held live: Friday, November 18 · 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Join me in for a lovely {online} evening learning the beautiful and useful art of Hoshigaki making. Hoshigaki are persimmons preserved whole through an intricate drying process.
You'll learn how to transform these beautiful vibrant fall fruits into a dried delicacy to snack on throughout the year; how to identify, gather, prepare, process, troubleshoot, and store. You'll receive the knowledge and confidence to make your own and have the opportunity to ask questions.
There is information in this class about how the persimmons must be gathered, please do not gather your persimmons beforehand, it may make it much harder for you to turn them into Hoshigaki!
